Commercial Litigation Attorney

Sweetbaum Sands Ramming PC is looking for an attorney to join our firm’s litigation group. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in sophisticated and complex commercial and real estate litigation, a strong work ethic, and the desire to work with and contribute to a dynamic and collegial group of professionals. Must be admitted in Colorado. Jury trial experience a plus. Reply with resume and writing sample.

Sweetbaum Sands Ramming PC seeks a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our firm for complex civil, commercial, and real estate litigation. Must be admitted in Colorado and have District Court trial experience, including arguing motions and deposing lay and expert witnesses. Reply with resume and writing sample.

Construction Defect General Liability Associate

Sweetbaum Sands Ramming PC, is seeking a civil litigation associate with 5-10 years of experience to join our Construction and General Liability group. Must be admitted in Colorado and have District Court trial experience, including arguing motions and deposing lay and expert witnesses. Construction defect and mechanic’s liens a plus. Legal Assistant

Sweetbaum Sands Ramming PC, seeks an FT Legal Assistant in litigation dept. Job duties include drafting of correspondence; e-filing; physical/electronic file maintenance; management of document flow; calendar management, time entry. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with 2+ yrs. prior law firm experience, knowledge of Colorado Court rules, experience with E-Filing, Compulaw and TABS, possess excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.

General Office Clerk

Sweetbaum Sands Ramming PC seeks a responsible and reliable individual to perform general office duties. The Office/Legal Assistant should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a law firm environment. This is a hybrid position that requires both clerical and office facilities skills and duties. They will perform and review Conflict of Interest checks, provide relief for reception, scan/copy projects as directed, assist with the management of electronic and physical files, assist attorneys with time entry, facilitate library subscriptions, monitor and order supplies for kitchen and office as requested and needed and perform other general office duties as requested, Should possess experience with Outlook, Excel, and Tabs3 Billing is helpful and be able to lift 25+lbs.
